Hosted form script

Build the form in 1DB, then put one script tag on your page. 1DB draws the form, takes the submission and stores the lead, so a static site needs no server and no form code.

How it works

    Build the form in 1DB

    Choose its fields, button text, colors and the message visitors see once they’ve sent it.

  2. 2

    Pick how it appears

    On the form’s Embed tab, choose a popup or slide-in opened by any button, or an inline form placed where you want it.

  3. 3

    Add the script tag

    Paste the one line onto your page. Change the form’s fields later and every page that embeds it updates, with nothing to redeploy.

Good to know

Popup and slide-in
Add data-1db to any button or link, and clicking it opens the form.
Inline
Put <div data-1db-inline></div> where the form should sit.
Works on any host
Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages, S3 or plain HTML: the form only needs the script to load.
