Email alerts
Turn on email for a form and every new lead sends your team one email with the form’s name and everything the visitor filled in. Each form has its own list, so quotes reach sales and job applications reach someone else.
- Per form
- Up to 10 recipients
How it works
- 1
Open the form’s Notifications
Alerts are set per form, not per site, so each form can go to different people.
- 2
List who should hear
Turn email on and add up to ten addresses.
- 3
Each new lead sends one email
Every recipient gets the form’s name and every field the visitor sent, a few seconds after the lead arrives.
npx @1db/cli notify quote-request --emails sales@northfieldpallets.com,dana@northfieldpallets.comGood to know
- Repeats don’t email twice
- A submission 1DB recognizes as a repeat of one it already has sends no second email.
- From the command line
- 1db notify <form> --emails sets the same list without opening the dashboard.
